T.O.S.

by purchasing a commission or any artwork from me, you have read and agreed to my Terms of Services.I might use your commission piece as advertisement for my work.I will not use your character without your permission (like drawing them again for my personal, private use)I will be working under the assumption that you've read my terms of services.I obtain the right to cancel a commission if violating my T.O.S. or making me feel uncomfortable.All Credit goes to me, do not remove my watermark. You have to credit me.For safety reasons, I obtain the right to screenshot our chatsI will not use or share your personal information.

what are you allowed to do?

• you can repost my work (with credit)• do not resell my work, only if it's sold with a character--> for example, selling an oc which comes with one of my drawings• you are not allowed to alter, modify my sketches/commissions.--> you are allowed to color/render sketches/commissions, if you do, you still have to credit me.

payment

• payment will be payed in full after the first accepted sketch--> payment plans can be arranged if it exceeds over 100$, or split in half if it's higher than 40$• payment should be in USD and only over Paypal under family & friends• tips are appreciated but not necessary• by paying me, you automatically accept that you are paying for a service and digital product• you also agree to give up any attempts of charge back over the payment service or any other way. I will refund you the money if needed.• you are also comfirming that you are the owner of the account and money, or have the permission to use it.

refund

• refunds may be given due to me having not started your commission in 2-3 months, which will be refunded fully• chargeback will cost you your rights for the art piece and I can resell it• if you wish for a refund, the refund will be based on my progress on your commissionif I didn't start on your commission, you will recieve 100% of the refundif it's already a sketch, you will recieve 80% of your money backif it's inked, you will recieve 60%if it's colored, you will recieve 40%if it's shaded, you will recieve 20%
--> depends on how much it's shadedif it's finished, you won't get a refund and I can resell the art piece
